Lullwater has some great amenities, but I especially love the walking trail around the lake. I have lived at many apartments here in Columbus, Georgia and some abroad during my career in the U.S.Army, and Lullwater has a great staff of people working here.
The maintenance staff is eager to fix any issues you have no matter how small or minuscule in timely manner and let you know what they did. The office staff is very friendly and wants to know how things are with you and your apartment living here at Lullwater.”

The staff member who greeted me on my first visit made me feel like a family member. The following were great attractions to me: apartments overlooking 3 beautiful lakes with geese and Herons, totally screened in porch (my cat would love the outside view), gated community, monitored alarm systems and the complex is located in North Columbus near I-185, fine dining and shopping areas. This is my sixth year at The Lakes and the professional staff is what keeps me here — they are always quick to respond to maintenance and other resident requests.”
