Bruce is a native of Columbus, Georgia and has been with Woodruff since 1995. He is a natural in his position. Bruce’s passion for the outdoors and his intrinsic ability to creatively bring projects together provide him with the key skill sets needed for his role in our management development and landscaping business. Bruce loves a list, and he’s great at getting it all done. He’s an avid crossfitter, a great dad, and deals with all of Lucy’s shenanigans with ease!

Lucy Jones

Lucy is a proud native of Columbus, Georgia. Her real estate career began in 1997, and she has been with Woodruff since 2002. Lucy resourcefully mixes her business savvy with her creative intuition, offering our customers an eye for detail with a unique flair.Lucy is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She holds Georgia and Alabama Real Estate Licenses. She is a graduate of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and the Georgia Chamber Leadership Program. Lucy has served on numerous community and civic boards.She loves spending time with her three daughters and enjoys shopping, decorating, cooking, learning new things, and meeting new people.

David Sheppard

Chief Financial Officer

With over 35 years of real estate, accounting, and banking experience, David brings a wealth of financial and operational acumen to the company. He is responsible for coordinating the financial administration, risk management, audit, forecasting, and reporting of a residential portfolio in excess of six thousand units, and has managed over $1billion in real estate holdings. This includes serving as a liaison between the individual property owners and their respective insurance, lending, and municipal taxing authorities. He has been involved with multiple properties involving HUD 223(f) and 221(d)(4) financing, as well as conventional and syndicated structures. David is a member of the National Apartment Association. He is certified as a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS).Prior to joining Woodruff in 2005, he served as Senior Operations Officer and Vice President of SunTrust Bank, and previously held the position of Controller with Flournoy Construction Company, where he was responsible for all financial accounting management for this large multifamily general contractor.He is a 1989 graduate of Valdosta State University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance. David is active in his church, where he has served as Technical Director, Small Group Leader, and as a member of the church finance team.

Leah Shiver

Chief Operations Officer

Leah is the Chief Operating Officer for Woodruff Property Management Company. She is responsible for overseeing operations of the company, product launches, new property onboarding, and property dispositions. Leah graduated from Columbus State University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in International Business. Leah currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Columbus Apartment Association and is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM). Leah is married to Andrew and they have three daughters. On weekends, you can usually find Leah on the beach or in the woods.

Alana Mintz

Regional Director / Real Estate Broker

Alana Mintz rarely meets a stranger! She works closely with Lucy Jones as our New Business Director expanding our portfolio throughout the Southeast. Alana is a licensed real estate broker in Alabama and Georgia. She provides assistance to buyers and sellers of residential, commercial, student housing & multifamily real estate throughout the southeast. She has built her career around our client’s wants and needs while striving to provide excellent personal customer service.Alana has been in the property management business for the last 16 years. She started her career while she was in college at Auburn as a runner for a large commercial real estate company. Next, she became a leasing manager at Creekside of Auburn for Capstone Development out of Birmingham, AL. There she obtained her Alabama Salesperson license in 2009. In 2011, Alana was acquired by Woodruff Property Management Company as a property manager. She was promoted to Area Director in September 2013 and a Vice President of our company in 2014. Then, Alana obtained her Alabama broker’s license in 2014 and we opened an Alabama real estate office in Auburn, AL. Since then, she has also gained her Georgia broker’s license. In the last five years, she and her team have sold over $85,000,000.00 of real estate in the southeast.Alana is married to Clay Mintz and mother to three children (Austin – 19, Gade Clay – 11 & Chip – 6). As a devoted & longtime resident of Sylacauga, AL, she loves traveling to bigger cities and communities for work but being able to escape home to her small town. She is an active member of Church of the Highlands, coaches her children’s soccer teams through the Sylacauga Parks & Rec, has served on the Little League board, serves on Sylacauga's Nuisance & Abatement Board, led her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and participates in service projects throughout her community.Give Alana a call today!

Kevin Smith

Regional Director

Kevin joined the Woodruff Company in 1990 and currently serves as Area Director of 9 different properties – managing relationships with 3 different owners and overseeing 900+ units. He also oversees the Woodruff Property Management Training program for new employees. He is a member of the Columbus, GA Board of Realtors and holds Real Estate Licenses in Georgia, Louisiana, and Alabama. Kevin graduated from Columbus State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He was past President of the Columbus and Georgia Apartment Association and is a member of all local apartment associations in the state of Georgia and a member of the National Apartment Association. He is certified as a National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS). Kevin loves Jesus, history, cemeteries, his 3 children and wife, Terry. He can give a heck of an apartment tour!

Amanda Ingle

Regional Director

Amanda is a veteran of multi-family property management with over 25 years of experience. She has held a number of positions in all aspects of property management before joining the Woodruff Management team in October 2015. Amanda started her career 1996 in leasing with Colonial Properties Trust and worked for Mid-America Apartment Communities. Her experience includes management of a large multi-family portfolio, training and development, human resources, policy and procedure implementation, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow, and overseeing capital projects. She has been the recipient of many awards. She received Property Manager of the year in 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2002; Area Manager of the year in 2004 and 2006; Top performing portfolio in the southern region in 2006,2007, and 2008; Leadership Award in 2010, 2012, and 2013.

Amanda is married to David Ingle and mother to three children (Corbin– 25, Carley – 22 & Cohen – 18). She is an active member of Southside Baptist Church, has served as Team Mom for her children's Little League teams, led her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, and served on the board in many capacities at her children's school.

Amanda loves shopping, staying current on the trends, and spending time with her family.

Regional Director

Jennifer is a Regional Director for Woodruff Property Management, overseeing numerous properties in various markets.  Jennifer has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbus State University.   Jennifer is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and has her Real Estate Licenses in Georgia and Alabama.   She is very active in the local apartment association, having served as a member of the Board of Directors from 2012-2016 and President from 2015-2016.  Jennifer has won numerous apartment association awards such as 2014 CAA Won Property of the Year with Lullwater, 2014 CAA Won Go Getter of the year award, 2017 CAA Property of the Year with Swallowtail, 2020 CAA Corporate Support of the Year, 2021 CAA Corporate Support of the Year, and the 2021 Extra Mile Award.   Jennifer is married to James and they have two children.

Meradith Aplin

Regional Director / Real Estate Agent

Meradith’s career began with Woodruff Property Management Company in 2011 and currently serves the company as a Regional Director in Alabama and Georgia as well as a Real Estate Agent in Lee County, AL. Overseeing a diverse portfolio, with a specialty in Student Housing, Meradith is passionate about the relationships formed and maintained over the years.Currently, Meradith is a member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, Lee County Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, River Region Apartment Association, National Apartment Association, and Cornerstone Community Church in Auburn, AL.Paired with Alana Mintz, the team has sold more than $31 million in Real Estate in just the last 4 years in Lee County, AL. The team specializes in second home and condominiums, primarily in the Auburn, AL market that caters to Auburn University.Meradith is from Montgomery, AL and graduated from TROY University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Married to Luke, the couple has son, Pruett, and a daughter, Merritt Drake. Meradith enjoys being in the sunshine, decorating for any holiday and leading preschool Sunday School.

HR Manager

Lisa is the HR Manager and has served in the HR field for over 16 years. She is responsible for Employee Relations, Payroll, New hire onboarding, Recruiting, and Benefits. She is a Troy University Graduate in Business Management. Lisa also holds OSHA Certifications.She has been married for 35 years, has two children and 2 grandchildren.She lives on a small farm and has dogs, cats, rabbit, pigs, and chickens. She loves her family and her animals.

Beth Morrison

Compliance Manager

Beth has been with Woodruff Property Management Company for over 20 years.She ensures company safety, compliance, function, and efficiency for all properties.She reviews internal processes for site teams to be effective, timely, and thorough and monitors and protects property liability concerns.Beth loves time with family! She is married and has two sons. She is a baseball mom and enjoys spending time at the ball field. She loves the beach and any outside activities.

Barbara Griswold

Barbara helps support our properties on a day-to-day basis.  Barbara is married to Randy and they have 4 sons and 2 grandchildren.  Barbara loves to travel and being with her family.

Dalit Maltba

Dalit is an Assistant Regional Director. She serves as Property Support mostly Entrata Support including training, supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, Property Takeover/Turnover - Setup services/Entrata Implementation, MDWC - Marketing, Auditor and Social Media.She has accomplished many things during her 18 years in the multi-family industry, from Leasing Agent to an assistant manager to assistant regional director. She feels her biggest accomplishment is the people she has met during the years that became her work family and turned into true friendships that will last a lifetimeShe is a military wife, and her son is her world. She is obsessed with animals and nature. Her biggest passions are helping those in need, helping soldiers and their families. Her hobbies are cooking traditional food from her culture and decorating for holidays and special occasions.

Jessica Griffith

Property Administrator

Jessica began her career in Property Management in 2019. She started her passion working for WPMC in the summer of 2021.

Some of her primary responsibilities include:
  • supporting properties and Corporate with day-to-day operations
  • provide assistance with the planning, training and rollout of company initiatives
  • ensuring employees are in compliance with required Company training
  • working with the Regional team and Properties to adhere and strive for the highest level of performance


Jessica is a mother of three and military wife of thirteen years. She loves to read (mostly fiction) and loves gardening. Nurturing is in her nature, she loves to watch things grow; plants, people, animals.

Christi Thomley

Christi has over 8 years of accounting experience to include multifamily and commercial accounting.

Christi is married to Todd and has two sons.  She loves lake life, the Tennessee hills, and Vol football!  Christi’s passions include animals and traveling.

Toni Realford

Toni has her BBA in Accounting from Columbus State University. She has over 30 yrs experience Public and Private Financial and Payroll Accounting. Toni has one daughter and is a passionate animal rescuer.
