Clair Youngstrom

Clair Youngstrom is the Digital Marketing Director for Woodruff Property Management Company. She began her career with the company in August 2022 as a leasing agent and later transitioned into a property manager role before stepping into her current position. With experience in onsite operations and a passion for creative strategy, Clair loves helping teams connect with residents and bring their communities to life online. She takes pride in crafting engaging content, building strong digital campaigns, and supporting properties across the portfolio with tools that drive results. She was named Employee of the Month in 2023 and received the Woodruff Way Award in 2024—recognitions that reflect her dedication and heart for the work she does.

Clair has been married to her best friend, Zach, since October 2022. They enjoy cooking meals together, hiking, and spending weekends with friends and family. She also loves baking, traveling, surfing, and can often be found on the pickleball court in her free time.
