Alana Mintz

Alana Mintz serves as Vice President, Regional Director, Real Estate Broker, and New Business Director for Woodruff Property Management Company, working alongside Lucy Jones to grow the company’s portfolio throughout the Southeast. A licensed real estate broker in both Alabama and Georgia, Alana has built her career around property management and real estate, providing personal service to clients in residential, commercial, student housing, and multifamily real estate. Since joining Woodruff, she has held multiple leadership roles, including Regional Director and Vice President. After obtaining her Alabama Broker’s License, she helped open Woodruff’s Auburn real estate office. Since then, Alana and her team have closed over $100 million in real estate sales across the Southeast.

A longtime resident of Sylacauga, Alabama, Alana is married to Clay Mintz and is mom to Austin, Gade Clay, and Chip. She enjoys traveling for work but loves coming home to her small town, where she stays active in the community through coaching, serving on local boards, and participating in service projects alongside her family.
