I recently moved to Columbus, GA and had the luck to be referred to Old Town. The customer service team and the overall property has been amazing. Recently, I was away on a trip and my mom; who’s older and recently fell, and I was able to call and ask them to check in on her. Noah is always customer service forward and welcoming – along with the rest of the team as well but this gesture was appreciated. I’m happy with my decision to pick Old Town.
